Низкие вибрации разрушают наш организм, в то время, как высокие, наоборот, восстанавливают. Именно на высоких вибрациях мы находимся в моменте. Мы наслаждаемся жизнью, производя вибрации на высоком уровне. Соответственно, чем чаще вы находитесь на высоких вибрациях, тем чаще мир посылает вам благодарность. И чем чаще вы находитесь на низких, тем чаще вы получаете поводы для злости.
Как научиться быть в моменте? Попробуйте провести день в очках Оптимиста. Что бы не случалось, всегда находите только положительное в моменте. Чтобы не происходило в этот день, вы всегда видите стакан наполовину полный.
Начните расслабляться. Ежедневно хотя бы 10 минут проводите в тишине, думая о хорошем. Отведите себе 10 минут для эмоциональной подзарядки. Поверьте, это очень важно.
Начинайте день с благодарности. Проснувшись утром, поблагодарите близких вам людей, за то, что вы имеете. За то, что они есть в вашей жизни. Не забудьте про благодарность миру.
Найдите то, что нравится именно вам. То, от чего вы испытываете положительные эмоции. Чаще выходите на высокие вибрации. Поощеряйте себя за сделанное дело подобной «конфетой».
Чем меньше вы хотите изменить что-либо в своей жизни, тем проще и качественнее вы будете притягивать интересные вам события.
